So for this week’s post we had to write about your very best post. So here’s my post. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. Not because of the presents or free stuff you get. I love is because it’s a time of joy, family, cookie decorating, christmas movies, and christmas songs. I also love getting to bling out the inside and outside of my house. Stockings, wreaths, ornaments, and the christmas tree. I love the smell of the tree. Sometimes my cat will climb the tree and sit in it.

When winter comes the weather is so frightful but the fire so delightful. Snow is one of my  favorite weathers. One time I leaving for a trip and it snow that night. My dad made us leave anyway. I was so sad because I could not play in the snow and had to sit in a car for hours. I think a couple years ago it snowed a lot, and I mean a lot. School got cancelled for almost a week. But they added those days to the end of the school year. 🙁 I really hope it snows this year. So bad. I absolutely hate when the news says it’s going to snow and then it do not. So I really hope it snows.

Cookie decorating is one of my favorite traditions around the holidays. My cousins usually come over, and help us decorate. The kitchen is always a mess after decorating. Another tradition is going to my uncle’s house on christmas eve or christmas. We eat a yummy dinner, and dessert.

So for this week’s post we had to write about community. I chose for my community is my restoration team. Well it’s also know as the well project. Their is three eight graders, and I think eleven seven graders. We meet once a month. We gone out to the field twice. November first, and December first. What we do is work to clear the blackberry bushes, plant native plants, and do research. We usually work from nine to noon, then have lunch break. Last go do some research like looking and separating soil. Or identifying types of fish. It my sound boring because you have to write down data. But it’s really fun and exciting.

Favorite Class

So for week seven we had to write about school. So I chose to write about my favorite class and why. I have seven classes to chose from Math, Science, P.E., Band, Social Studies, and Language Arts. My favorite is math. Most kids would chose P.E.. But I like math. It’s easy and fun for me. I’m currently learning seventh grade math. If I put my favorite to least favorite class in order. It would be 1. Math, 2. P.E. 3. Science, 4.Band, 5.Language Arts, 6. Social Studies, 7.Advisory.

I run down the cold crisp road. Frost biting at my fingers. As I race down the rough, muddy road. Had to get away, I keep telling myself that. Had to get away .
